We are currently looking for a Division Manager for our Direct Hire Administrative Support team based in our Iselin, NJ office.

Position Overview: The Division Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership and vision to a team of sales recruiters. The Direct Hire Administrative Division in Iselin, NJ is a growing team with unlimited potential and a strong client base.  The Division Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing employee growth plans, setting and managing staff performance, motivating team members to operate at their full potential, providing day to day training/guidance on how to strategically develop target client lists, grow existing partnerships, and placing talent in open roles. The Division Manager is also responsible for running a full desk and “leading by example”. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership abilities and desire to build the business.

  • Performance monitoring, management, & restructuring
  • Lead weekly team meetings
  • Lead daily meetings on open requisitions
  • Conduct performance evaluations on a routine basis (monthly/quarterly and/or annually)


  • Operational analysis, correction, & performance-tuning
  • Internal Workflow Process creation & design


  • Previous Experience as an Account Manager
  • Previous Experience leading teams
  • Successful track record of sales and recruiting efforts
  • Ability to have a “big picture” mindset and strategy

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
