Our client is a very established luxury goods manufacturer with US corporate offices in Long Island City. They are currently seeking a Dynamics CRM Master Data Analyst to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$165k Annually

Position Overview:

This functional CRM and Master Data Analyst expert will take the lead on data consistency within the organization, providing support, data extractions, and strong functional expertise.

Responsibilities of the Dynamics CRM Master Data Analyst:

  • Using the CRM as a centralized data source, providing support and data management solutions for business units within the organization
  • Ensuring that Master Data is consistent across the organization
  • Analyzing data to ensure quality and consistency Monitoring APIs and ingestion sources for consistency and quality
  • Responsible for data management projects including standardization and data mapping
  • Ensuring engagement of business users in D365 to ensure the most efficient and effective use of the platform
  • Contributing to the evolution of organization software solutions
  • Assisting with user support and resolution of D365 CRM in a timely manner

Qualifications of the Dynamics CRM Master Data Analyst:

  • 5 years or more experience in a large enterprise application role, preferable with Dynamics 365, big plus for experience in retail
  • Extensive functional knowledge of D365 CRM
  • Knowledge of data sharing standards such as XML
  • Experience creating data workflows, business requirement and support documents, and process flow diagrams
  • Database knowledge, database structure, strong SQL knowledge, and strong Advanced Excel
  • Windows Office products

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
