Our client, a luxury brand that specializes in high quality, fairly-traded home goods, is seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Associate. If you are looking to gain experience in a luxury brand, this is the perfect opportunity. Position Overview: The E-commerce Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing white glove service to customers via email.

Responsibilities of the E-commerce Customer Service Associate:

  • Answering inbound emails regarding order requests
  • Entering orders accurately and following up on order status
  • Staying updated with product specifications to provide clients proper guidance
  • Following up on customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner

Qualifications of the E-commerce Customer Service Associate:

  • Must have strong written communication skills
  • Tech Savvy, previous experience with CRM is a plus
  • Previous retail experience
  • Professional and articulate demeanor
