Our client is a biotech company in the Greater Boston area looking for an Employee Relations Consultant with HR experience to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50/hr – $55/hr

Position Overview:

The Employee Relations Consultant will provide people management guidance to teams. The position provides the opportunity to be remote but the Employee Relations Consultant must be able to report to site.

Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Consultant:

  • Establishing trust and maintaining relationships to be a resource on both people and organizational issues
  • Using data analytics to enhance organization and teams
  • Assisting with employee engagement, learning and development, and diversity & inclusion, and data analytics

Qualifications for the Employee Relations Consultant:

  • At least 3 years of HR experience
  • Employee relations experience is preferred
  • HRIS systems experience, preferably Workday
  • HR professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
