Entry – Level Accountants

Our client, a digital marketing firm, is hiring for their Entry – Level Accountant positions. The company has a great work hard, play hard mentality and are looking for 5 new team members. The company currently is on a hybrid schedule and the right candidate will be tech savvy and reliable.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $25/hr ($40k – $50k)

Position Overview:

The Entry – Level Accountants will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and the Accounting team. Those in the Entry – Level Accountant positions will be eager to learn new responsibilities and prepared to demonstrate their Accounting skills. Those who acquire these roles must be communicative, hardworking and reliable. Since this role will be a hybrid position accountability, trustworthiness and communication are key. The Entry – Level Accountant positions are a great opportunity for those looking to learn and demonstrate their experience in Accounting this summer.

Responsibilities of the Entry – Level Accountant:

• A/P and A/R responsibilities
• Collections
• Preparing and posting entries and assisting with MEC
• Assisting with coordination of financial audits
• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting and projections
• Processing Invoices
• General ledger and reconciliations

Qualifications of the Entry – Level Accountant:

• Experience with QuickBooks and/or any ERP (SAP, ADP, Great Plains). NetSuite is a plus
• 0 – 4 years of experience
• Team player
• Analytical
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables & v-look ups)
• Recent graduates & Internships are okay
• General accounting/AR/AP a huge plus

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
