Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30-$35/hr | $80,000-$85,000

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant should be team oriented, a great communicator, and someone who loves taking on new challenges and a lot of responsibilities. This is a fast-paced working environment and the Executive Assistant will be interacting with extremely high-level clients. If you are someone who works well under pressure, is great at multitasking, and can think on their toes, then this executive assistant position is definitely the one for you!

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Managing multiple heavy calendars
  • Welcome and greet all visitors who come into the office
  • The Executive Assistant will coordinate meeting and travel arrangements
  • Assist in planning events and coordinating project related activities for internal teams
  • Executive Assistant will process expenses and manage client invoices

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

  • Must have at least 5+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Must be extremely professional with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Must have great time management and ability to prioritize
  • Must be an excellent communicator and have high attention to detail
  • Must have experience in Google Cal and Slack
  • Knowledge of working in Microsoft Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)
  • Ability to function in a high demand, performance-driven environment

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
