Our client, a well-known luxury beauty brand, is growing rapidly and looking to bring on an Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive on its team. They are a highly creative and entrepreneurial organization with many opportunities for future growth and professional development.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30 – $35/hr

Position Overview:

This position will begin ASAP on a temporary basis. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and takes initiative in their work (and an interest in Fashion and Beauty is always a plus!). The Executive Assistant will play the key support role in ensuring the daily activities of the Executive run smoothly and efficiently. The Executive that you would be supporting needs assistance with their complex calendar, as well as in coordinating international meetings and maintaining a professional work environment.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Professionally manage high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Manage multiple Outlook calendars with expertise; plan and coordinate a variety of meetings and events
  • Compile and reconcile expense reports daily
  • Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Assist with project management and research
  • Take meeting minutes

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

  • Minimum of 4+ years as an Executive Assistant or as an Admin supporting senior execs
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience coordinating travel and compiling expense reports (Concur is a plus!)
  • Strong communication skills and outstanding phone manner
  • Ideally this executive assistant has supported C-Level executives in the past

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
