Our client, a well-known fashion & retail company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to work for an SVP of Design. The Executive Assistant will work in a fast-paced and highly organized team and work alongside well-established leaders. Our client is seeking a high-performing, motivated, and self-sufficient Executive Assistant with prior experience.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$38/hr – $48/hr ($80k – $100k annually)

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will be filling an important role and must be professional and detail-oriented. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for all administrative duties as well as organizing calendars, greeting customers, and organizing meetings. The Executive Assistant will be a crucial part of the team and help keep the Executive organized and running.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Organize meetings including all scheduling and further details
  • Greet customers and perform the highest white glove service
  • Responsible for all administrative duties including faxing, emailing, printing, and copying
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage the Executive’s calendar

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:

  • At least 1 – 2 years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and professional manner
  • Advanced organization and calendar management skills
  • Self-sufficient and highly motivated

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
