Salary/Hourly Rate:

$100,000 – $115,000 + Bonus

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant should be great at prioritizing and multitasking and have outstanding attention to detail. This is a fast-paced working environment and the Executive Assistant needs to work well under pressure and be extremely self-motivated. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a project oriented, high exposure role with plenty of room for growth down the line!

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Managing very busy and ever changing calendar
  • Responsible for professional communication via phone and email to both external and internal stakeholders on the executive’s behalf
  • Coordinate meeting and travel arrangements
  • Plan board meetings and help with any ad hoc projects as needed
  • Assist in prioritizing and managing workflow

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting high-level executives
  • Extremely professional; background in professional services, specifically financial services is preferred
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, strategic, and highly organized
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment very important

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
