Our client, a well-known and respected fashion label, is eagerly seeking an Executive Assistant that will report to their senior members. The company is fast-paced and well-established so the Executive Assistant has the opportunity to join a successful company and learn from the best. This role is ideal for someone with previous Executive Assistant experience looking to join a creative team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$35/hr – $40/hr

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for being the right hand and point of contact for the senior members. The Executive Assistant must be organized, proactive, and polished to excel in this position. Past Executive Assistant experience is preferred especially with scheduling. Our client is looking for a motivated and eager individual!

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Meeting preparation and following up with clients
  • Performing administrative duties such as faxing, copying, printing, and greeting customers
  • Communicating with clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Travel management and booking for senior members
  • Following templates and processes to keep the utmost organization

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:

  • Must be organized, proactive, and able to multitask
  • At least 1 – 2 years of prior Executive Assistant experience or related experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on private matters
  • Professional and charismatic demeanor with all client and customer interactions
  • Minimum proficient experience with Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to learn from mistakes
  • Can excel in a fast-paced and busy environment

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
