Our client in the fashion industry is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Senior Vice President. The Executive Assistant should enjoy a fast-paced, corporate, and energetic environment. The Executive Assistant position is perfect for someone eager to get back into the office and work in a collaborative space!

Salary/ Hourly Rate:

$30/hr

Position Overview:

As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for making sure all daily activities and tasks are organized. The Executive Assistant should be able to take initiative, is a self-starter and is proficient with Excel. The Executive Assistant must have prior experience of at least 5 years. A successful Executive Assistant will have extensive calendar management experience as well.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Manage a heavy calendar of all meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Prioritize conflicting projects and tasks
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel
  • Produce and reconcile expense reports
  • Work as a liaison between SVP and various departments
  • Prioritize conflicting projects and tasks
  • Attend internal and off-site events
  • Organize meeting material

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:

  • Must have 5 years of previous Executive Assistant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar
  • Prior experience with coordinating travel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience support C-level executives
  • Professional, polished, and a go-getter attitude
  • Extensive calendar management experience

Education requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
