Our client, with over 10 locations throughout the Greater Orlando Area, our client is one of the largest medical providers in its industry. Our client has 45+ years of experience in the medical field and encompasses some of the best doctors in the area. They are seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50,000 – $55,000

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will support the President and other executive leadership with meetings, calendar management, presentations, and special projects. The Executive Assistant will perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other document for senior staff.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Providing high-level administrative support and assistance
  • Arranging travel and accommodations
  • Scheduling and attending meetings, taking notes and recording minutes and action items
  • Performing office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping, filing
  • Calendar management and expense reporting
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to represent the organization externally
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
