Our client is a corporate real estate investment firm seeking to add an Executive Assistant to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$35/hr – $45/hr

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly professional, part-time, temp-to-perm Executive Assistant who will be supporting an Executive Assistant and the CEO. The required office hours for this role are Monday – Friday, roughly 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate must have flexibility to come in earlier or stay later if needed. Our client will provide a company cell phone with the expectation of the candidate to check the device as much as possible, especially when the CEO is travelling or in case of emergency.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Heavy scheduling and complex calendar management, will be fully responsible for the CEO’s calendar.
  • Assisting with domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Assisting with all aspects of travel arrangements with attention to detail.
  • Running some errands (i.e. bank runs, picking up packages, going to post office, etc.).
  • Performing minimal filing and office administrative tasks.

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and diligent work ethic.
  • Experience with domestic and international itineraries is required. Knowledge/experience with international visa application process is ideal.
  • Able to prioritize projects depends on their urgency.
  • Clear communication and easy to work with personality.
  • Can work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment due to the nature of the position.
  • Highly professional and polished.
  • Feels comfortable to communicate with all levels of senior management especially C-Suite.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
