Our customer is an investment management firm. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the growing company!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85,000 – $95,000

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for various administrative duties supporting several Boston based Executives. The Executive Assistant will work both independently and alongside a team of other Executive Assistants. The ideal candidate for this position will have 5 to 7 years of prior experience as an Executive Assistant and ideally has professional services, private equity, or financial services industry experience!

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Calendar management for several executives / Scheduling appointments
  • Arrange international and domestic travel for executives including flights, hotels, car rentals, and car services
  • Preparation of meeting materials including presentations, agendas, and any other required documents
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Process expense reports
  • Act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact between executives, managers, callers, and visitors, as required
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of all conference and copy rooms
  • Order/stock supplies
  • Database management

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

  • 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team Oriented, multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize
  • Prior experience within private equity or financial services is preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
