Our client is a large full service real estate firm that is rapidly expanding across Massachusetts. They are consistently growing their staff to accommodate the rapid acquisition of new properties.

Salary: $60-70K/year

Position Overview: The Executive Assistant will provide support to the CEO. This is a newly created role that requires flexibility, strong project management skills and an ability to juggle competing priorities. The Executive Assistant will be a crucial member of the team, assisting with daily administrative tasks as well as ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant: 

  • Calendar management, booking international and domestic travel and managing meeting logistics
  • Answering phones and acting as a gate keeper for senior management
  • Collaborate with all departments across the company to assist with work flow and gather needed reports/information
  • Provide customized support to the needs and works style of senior management
  • Maintain organization of all files, reports and other data
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant: 

  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to C-level executives
  • Experience with high level calendar management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry preferred but not required

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree
