Our client, a growing investment firm is looking to hire an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This team is on it’s way to becoming an eminent firm in the financial sector and is doing it their own way. The office itself has more of a start-up feel to it; an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and office happy hours. Employees love it here.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $20 – $25/hr | $55K – $65K DOE

Position Overview: This Executive Assistant/Office Manager will be responsible for completing tasks both individually and collaboratively. This candidate’s proactive and “can-do” attitude should be contagious among team members. As the company grows, so do the opportunities for individual growth. This position will begin on a temporary basis, potentially converting to permanent depending on performance.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will serve as the right-hand to 1-2 VPs
  • The responsibilities will include anything from calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses and more
  • Interface with high-end clientele, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and warm and confident demeanor
  • Plan and execute events for the staff and clients as needed; exposure in this would be a huge perk
  • Coordinate conference rooms and manage office inventory

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • Minimum 1-4 years’ experience providing support as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager
  • Superior skills in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Very friendly and positive personality

  • Bachelor’s Degree
