Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO should be great at prioritizing and multitasking and have outstanding attention to detail. This is a fast-paced working environment and the Executive Assistant to the CEO needs to work well under pressure and be extremely self-motivated. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a project-oriented, high-exposure role with plenty of room for growth down the line!

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the CEO:

  • Manage the CEO’s very busy and ever-changing calendar
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email to both external and internal stakeholders on the CEO’s behalf
  • Coordinate meeting and travel arrangements for the CEO
  • Plan board meetings and help with any ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Assist the CEO in prioritizing and managing workflow

Qualifications Executive Assistant to the CEO:

  • Must have at least 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Must be extremely professional and be willing to be a thought-partner
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, strategic, and highly organized
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is very important

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
