Looking to join an early stage startup and help shape a rapidly growing team across the nation? Our client, a SaaS management software company, is looking for a dynamic temp to hire Executive Recruiter to join their team in New York. With aggressive growth plans to double headcount for the year, this startup is looking for two Executive Recruiters to be brand ambassadors, scale the business and attract the best talent worldwide.

Salary/Rate: $40 – $75/hr

Position Overview: As an Executive Recruiter, you are tasked with finding talented leaders who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, integrity and a passion for the business. You are responsible for sourcing and pipeline candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and arranging travel accommodations to closing offers. This startup expects an Executive Recruiter to think outside the box – you are creative, driven and proactive in developing recruiting strategies to help attract the top talent to this fast-growing business.

Responsibilities of the Executive Recruiter:

  • Full-cycle recruiting executive positions, as well as general staff
  • Proactively source, screen and manage candidates, coordinate interviews & pre-assessment testing, gather & document feedback, facilitate the selection process, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers and post hire
  • check-ins
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and Department Heads to understand hiring needs and goals
  • Source passive candidates and maintain ongoing pipeline of high potential candidates for current and future employment
  • Provide the thoughtful, personal, and seamless candidate experience from very first touch point

Qualifications for the Executive Recruiter:

  • 3-5 years full-cycle executive recruiting experience
  • MUST have experience recruiting for VP and Director level candidates
  • Strong interpersonal relationships with both candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Flexible, resourceful, self-motivated and can hit the ground running
  • Bring innovative and up to date sourcing techniques to the table
  • Experience with Workday (preferred), Greenhouse, or Taleo
  • Open to contract to hire

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
