Our client, a telecommunications company, is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter. They bring broadband and technology innovators together to not only create new opportunities, but enhance the world around us.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $100,000

Position Overview: We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to assist the entire company’s staffing needs, from C- Level executives to part time associates. One must have experience in full cycle recruiting, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities of the Executive Recruiter:

  • Use all social media platforms, and online databases to locate the best talent
  • Collect and review applications to shortlist candidates
  • Conduct background checks to ensure that candidates are fit
  • Contact applicants’ nominated references to ascertain work ethic and credibility
  • Meet with and interview shortlisted individuals
  • Conduct meetings with higher up’s to make final decisions
  • Select the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers
  • Schedule training and orientation for new employees

Qualifications for the Executive Recruiter:

  • Extensive recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with pertinent recruiting software and tools
  • Highly organized and thorough
  • Discerning, with top-notch decision-making skills
  • Excellent desktop research skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Emphatic and helpful, but firm

Education Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or similar
