Our client, a well-known medical device manufacturer, is seeking a full time File Clerk to join their team to assist with various administrative projects! Proper PPE provided and social distancing enforced in the office. 

Salary/Hourly Rate: 

$16/hr. 

Position Overview: 

The File Clerk will work Monday-Friday and shifts can either be 9a-5:30pm or 11:30am-8:00pm. The File Clerk supports the production department with administrative duties and assisting with various projects. Candidates will be trained and gain exposure to various areas of the company. This is a great entry level role for candidates looking to grow their career! 

Responsibilities of the File Clerk: 

  • Scan orders into company database

  • Sort paperwork associated with client orders and repairs

  • Deliver invoices and product parts to various departments in the company

  • Keep supplies organized and stocked 

Qualifications of the File Clerk: 

  • Willing to learn with a positive attitude

  • Friendly and flexible

  • Comfortable lifting up to 20 pounds

  • Basic computer skills

Education Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
