Forklift Operator

Our client is a global energy player and a pioneer of the Energy Transition are currently seeking a team Forklift Operator to join their dynamic team for a short-term project assisting with a high-profile sporting event.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

The Forklift Operator role involves dismantling installations, loading box trucks, and other tasks as needed. The schedule is Tuesday, 11th 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Wednesday, 12th 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Thursday, 13th 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Our client will provide vests and there is a forklift to move/lift items.

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

• Breaking down activations at the sporting event.
• Loading box trucks with dismantled materials.
• Ensuring the accurate and safe handling of equipment.

Qualifications for the Forklift Operator:

• Valid forklift certification with experience in operating sit-down forklifts in narrow aisles.
• Ability to safely maneuver forklifts to lift and place items on high shelves.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 70 pounds)5 more items(s).
• Must have steel-toe shoes or boots.

Education Requirements:

• Forklift certification is required.
