Our client is a growing luxury company currently seeking a French Bilingual Customer Service Ambassador to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$45k – $50k (plus bonus!)

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a French Bilingual Customer Service Ambassador to join their team!  They will be assisting customers and help manage their accounts, while providing them with ‘white glove service’!

Responsibilities of the French Bilingual Customer Service Ambassador:

  • Manage various stages of customer orders
  • Communicate with customer via chat, email, fax, and phones
  • Enter order information into the system
  • Identify and escalate customer concerns and issues

Qualifications of the French Bilingual Customer Service Ambassador:

  • 1 – 2 years in a customer call center, preferably B2B
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and CRM tool
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and a problem solver
  • Experience in luxury retail is a plus

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or higher
