Our client, a family-owned manufacturing company that specializes in construction materials, is seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join their team. This company is quickly growing and is seeking a candidate that is looking for a long career opportunity. This role is located on site but they provide PPE, conduct daily health screenings, and have regular office sanitizing.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Front Desk Administrator will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the office and should have a pleasant and welcoming demeanor. There will be opportunity to cross-train and assist the HR and Accounting teams.

Responsibilities of the Front Desk Administrator:

  • Answer phone lines, screen and direct calls, and greet guests/visitors
  • Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail
  • Oversee office and kitchen supply inventory
  • Assist with various projects for multiple departments and individuals
  • General administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying

Qualifications of the Front Desk Administrator:

  • Previous experience working in an office setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and people skills

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
