Our client is a well-known Commercial Property Management company with offices located across the United States. With a strong history of providing best in class customer service to their tenants our clients pride themselves on their excellent hospitality. With the recent acquisition of a new property our client is looking to add an eager Front Desk Coordinator to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50-55K annually.

Position Overview:

The Front Desk Coordinator will act as the face of the company and will create a welcoming environment for the tenants. The ideal Front Desk Coordinator will be hospitality focused and will approach every task with an energetic, can-do attitude. As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be instrumental in creating a community atmosphere for the tenants by providing excellent customer service and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.

Responsibilities of the Front Desk Coordinator:

  • Act as the face of the company by greeting members warmly and managing the daily operations of the office space.

  • Promote our clients’ services to guests.

  • Answer all tenant calls, emails, and questions in a polished manner.

  • Input and manage all requests in the work order system.

  • Coordinate and communicate with the building operations team.

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with tenants.

  • Assist new tenants with onboarding.

  • Help to ensure that the building is operating smoothly and efficiently.

  • Assist in the distribution and processing of tenant invoices.

  • Schedule outside services with vendors and maintain certificates of insurance.

  • Maintain and update vendor files.

  • Distribute the freight elevator and loading dock schedules.

  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Update office directories and emergency contacts.

  • Assist with any special projects and communication.  

Qualifications of the Front Desk Coordinator:

  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service or property management fields.

  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Suite, and CRM platforms in a business setting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Possess a strong penchant for providing excellent customer service.

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities at once.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
