Pay rate: 
$13.00-$16.00 hourly

Responsibilities of the Front Desk Coordinator:

  • Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
  • Assure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
  • Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

Qualifications for the Front Desk Coordinator:

  • Filing experience
  • Incoming phone call management skills required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

Education Requirements: High School Diploma
