Our client is an established global luxury retailer in NYC looking to add a Graphic Design Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85,000 – $100,000

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer Manager will be leading 360 graphic design projects and managing the Design team across various graphic design, digital, print, packaging, presentation, photography, and video post-production projects. You will be handling the company’s brand identity through all design channels to ensure brand and guideline standards are met across all global marketing communication. This role will be hybrid with responsibilities across design (50%) and project & team management (50%).

Responsibilities of the Graphic Design Manager:

  • Lead the Graphic Design team, develop 360 graphic design assets, and mentor the Graphic Design team on brand identity initiatives through delivery
  • Manage the graphic design workflow process, project timelines, budgets, ensure brand consistency across all design assets, and liaise with key stakeholders in the graphic design review process
  • Work collaboratively with internal & external cross-functional teams to expand the brand identity across all design communication channels
  • Lead vendor & agency partners for all design related project deliverables

Qualifications for the Graphic Design Manager:

  • 7 years of graphic design experience
  • Prior design management experience
  • Portfolio required
  • Software: Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word), familiar with video editing (i.e. After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus
  • Strong familiarity with brand standard guidelines, corporate communications, and print processes
  • Professional demeanor with strong verbal and communication skills
  • Ideal candidates have corporate professional services or luxury retail market industry experience
