Our client, a well-known manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Administrator to join their growing team.

Position Overview:

The HR Administrator will provide administrative support for HR executives among other duties. The position will be Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and completing employee documentation
  • Assist with composing offer letters and initiating background checks
  • Update online job posting requirements when needed
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Assist with explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education

Qualifications of the HR Administrator:

  • 1 – 3 years HR experience is required
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle confidential materials with the utmost discretion, integrity, and diplomacy
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required
