Our client, a cosmetics company, is currently seeking a temp-to-hire HR Assistant to support the HR Department.
Salary/Rate: $19 – $25/hr
Position Overview: The HR Assistant will support the HR Department and act as right hand to the HRBP.
Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:
- Play an important role in benefits administration, reporting, records maintenance, and orientations.
- Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail
- Enter employment data into computer database
- Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training
- Be flexible, willing to learn, and ready to assist with all tasks including basic office support
Qualifications for the HR Assistant:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong communication and adaptability
- Experience working daily with an ATS
- Strong MS Office
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience and knowledge of field
