Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking an HR Coordinator as they are rapidly growing! The HR Coordinator will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for the day to day operational and Administrative Support to the HR Department.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60,000 – $65,000

Position Overview:

The HR Coordinator should be able to work seamlessly in a fast paced environment and pivot as changes arise. The HR Coordinator should have experience with HRIS systems and the ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:

  • Coordinate onboarding and departure process I9 Verifications for all NY employees and transfers
  • Schedule interviews
  • Various Ad-hoc duties

Qualifications for the HR Coordinator:

  • 1-3 years of HR experience in professional services
  • Fully Vaccinated
  • Strong Customer Service
  • Detail Oriented

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
