Our client, a midsize pharmaceutical company, is looking for their next HR Coordinator!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55k – $60k

Position Overview:

The HR Coordinator’s objective will be to manage and maintain our client’s human resources records. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining and recording HR information, managing the HR database, and assisting company employees with enrollment procedures and HR-related protocols.

Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:

  • Communicate and screen potential job candidates.
  • Contact candidate references and verify education listings.
  • Manage HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
  • Issue employment contracts and verify completion.
  • Issue new employees with enrollment documents.
  • Explain and research new employee benefits.
  • Respond to HR-related queries within the company.
  • Maintain employee confidentiality.
  • Assist with the distribution of learning material.
  • Work cross-departmentally to streamline the hiring process and improve internal policies.

Qualifications of the HR Coordinator:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in corporate HR, preferably start-up environment.
  • Highly proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain employee confidentiality.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to work fast, multitask, and collaborate.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Design/Leadership, or a related field of study.
