Our client, a leader in the industry, is looking for an HR Coordinator to work hand in hand with the HR Director.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$17/hr – $19/hr

Position Overview:

The HR Coordinator will manage all of the administrative responsibilities for the HR Director. The HR Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for all employees and external partners for all HR-related queries. This person will also handle the majority of employee documentation including contracts, recruitment paperwork, and more.

Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:

  • Formatting and maintaining employee records
  • Updating databases internally
  • Preparing and amending HR documents
  • Assisting with the recruitment process
  • Maintaining the HR Director’s calendar
  • Using the applicant tracking system, ADP

Qualifications of the HR Coordinator:

  • 1 – 2 years experience in Human Resources position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate with programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Knowledge of ADP is a plus

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is required
  • HR-related degree is preferred
