Our client is currently seeking a self-motivated HR Coordinator to help provide support to the HR Manager and assist with day-to-day responsibilities in the entire HR department.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The ideal HR Coordinator will be performing numerous roles related to employee documents. The HR Coordinator will be entering information as well as updating the company’s database with employee information.

Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:

  • Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files, and entering employment data into the computer database
  • Work aside the HR Manager to perform an internal audit of employee files
  • Coordinate logistics for new-hire orientations and employee training
  • Assist with the overall hiring process by identifying candidates and performing reference checks

Qualifications of an HR Coordinator:

  • 2+ years of HR environment experience
  • The HR Coordinator is expected to be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience working with confidential information

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
