They are seeking an HR Coordinator who is looking for a foot in the door with a great company and Human Resources Team.

Salary: $40K – $50K + discretionary bonus

Position Overview: This beauty brand is seeking a HR Coordinator who is strategic, creative, collaborative and a team player. You will cross communicate with internal team members and external clients, always serving as the face and ambassador to the brand. Your responsibilities HR Coordinator will include but not be limited to coordinating an ever-changing calendar, booking candidate interviews, in addition to assisting with special ad-hoc projects as needed, from i-9, new hire paperwork, planning culture events and more.

Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:

  • Meet and greet guests as they enter the office; delivering white glove service
  • Ensure the business is running smoothly and efficiently. This can require anything from coordinating the candidate interviews, organizing employee files, booking
  • appointments, preparing for meetings and more
  • Assist the HR and talent with anything needed; Sitting in on meetings with the team (taking meeting minutes), preparing for those meetings (crating PowerPoints, ensuring video conference lines are set up, managing catering and more
  • Complete ad hoc projects

Qualifications for the HR Coordinator:

  • 0-2 years of experience working in a corporate setting; Recent graduates with human resources or talent internships are welcome to apply
  • The ideal candidate will have had some experience in an administrative, customer service, client relations or hospitality capacity
  • The HR Coordinator must be willing to provide references
  • The ideal candidate will be ambitious with a “no job too big or too small” mentality and a can-do attitude
  • Additional languages and outside interests are a huge plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
