Our client is a well-known manufacturer and distributor within the Food & Beverage industry based in Hudson County seeking an HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish) to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$70k – $75k

Position Overview:

The HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish) will perform a broad range of duties for the Human Resources department inclusive of recruitment.  The HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish) will have an analytical mindset and strong Microsoft Excel skills to pull reports for the HR team.

Responsibilities of the HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish):

  • Manage the HRIS ensuring accurate data for headcount reporting
  • Assist in/conduct recruitment including drafting job descriptions
  • Responsible for onboarding, training, and development initiatives
  • Support the administration of employee benefit plans
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Database management of employee files
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Files employee claims and claims status
  • Maintain updated Org Chart
  • Support the Management team with general clerical duties

Qualifications for the HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish):

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience 
  • Spanish speaking is a MUST
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required
  • Present in a very professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
