Our client, a global innovator in the consumer products industry, is seeking a dynamic HR Learning Manager for their Central NJ office.

Salary/Hourly Rate: DOE

Position Overview: The HR Learning Manager will create and implement learning initiatives for employees worldwide.  This is a long-term temporary role with potential for full-time hire.

Responsibilities of the HR Learning Manager:

  • Create and implement learning programs
  • Project manage learning programs from start to finish
  • Logistics management
  • Run reports and track evaluation results
  • Set-up/break down of training events – training supplies, signs, audio visual and catering
  • Manage financial budgets, purchase orders and invoicing

Qualifications for the HR Learning Manager:

  • At least 8 years experience in HR Management and/or Learning and Development
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Organizational Development
