Our client is a commercial real estate investment organization that has a national presence across the US. They are looking to add an HR Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$135k – $145k plus bonus eligibility

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for an HR Manager to spearhead all HR operations and strategic initiatives.  Strategic initiatives include DEI initiatives, employment development programs, and culture and engagement. Additional responsibilities include benefits oversight, office management team oversight, and compliance.

Responsibilities of the HR Manager:

  • Building out DEI initiatives internally
  • Responsible for internal talent acquisition strategy and process
  • Oversight of office administration team
  • Assisting with the benefits plan and enrollment for staff
  • Onboarding and offboarding staff
  • Leading and implementing an employee development strategy

Qualifications for the HR Manager:

  • Must have experience managing all aspects of HR from benefits, talent acquisition, and onboarding staff
  • 10+ years of experience in HR
  • Experience building out employee development strategy
  • Prior experience focusing on DEI initiatives
  • Must have extremely strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must have experience working alongside an executive team

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
