Our client is a leading transportation service that runs throughout the entire state of New Jersey. The company provides several forms of cost-effective transportation including rail, light rail, and bus. They are looking to add an HR Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $30/hr DOE

Position Overview:

The HR Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for spearheading the marketing function for the Human Resources department. This position will require you to have creative thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to carry out a project from start to finish.

Responsibilities of the HR Marketing Coordinator:

  • Lead and develop marketing campaigns and strategies to achieve HR objectives, primarily in the recruiting/talent acquisition space
  • Create, edit, and write the content for job postings
  • Create, develop, and carryout internal and external marketing materials, such as recruiting flyers, brochures, and advertisements
  • Manage external hiring strategies in the marketing and advertisement function including event management
  • Manage an HR-funded inventory of Marketing-approved items for distribution at recruiting events such as job fairs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact within the Marketing team for all HR-related campaign, advertising, creative, and supply requests

Qualifications of the HR Marketing Coordinator:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in the marketing or advertising space
  • HR experience or familiarity with HR-related functions is helpful
  • Creative problem-solving skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
