Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an HR / Office Manager to oversee the office, be responsible for HR as well as manage the Office Administrator.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$70k – $80k
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an HR / Office Manager who brings a positive attitude and a strong initiative to the workplace. Our client is ideally looking for a candidate who has HR experience. The HR / Office Manager will be handling onboarding, employee relations, new hires, terminations, training, offer letters, sensitive documents/matters, HR compliance, and benefits in ADP
Responsibilities of the HR / Office Manager:
- Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits including bonuses, leave, and absences administration
- Conduct new-hire orientation and onboarding
- Direct coordination of office vents ,client meetings, and holiday parties
- Create and maintain periodic and ad-hoc reports regarding metrics, employee demographics, salary, staffing/productivity, and other related information
- Remain up to date on new HR laws and compliance requirements
- Streamline the HR process to ensure operations run smoothly
Qualifications of the HR / Office Manager:
- 3+ years of HR/Office Manager experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and knowledge of InDesign is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
