Our client is a prestigious science and research institute in Greater Boston. They are currently seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$28/hr – $36/hr

Position Overview:

The HR Operations Coordinator will provide support for multiple Recruiting and Talent Acquisition teams within the institute. The HR Operations Coordinator will work closely with Hiring Managers to help navigate the hiring and onboarding process. The HR Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for projects related to HR process improvement and work closely with vendor partners. This is a temp to perm opportunity.

Responsibilities of the HR Operations Coordinator:

  • Point of contact for the Recruiting team
  • Assist recruiters in hiring processes to include, offer letters, ready for hire stages, internal transfers, and external conversions
  • Project coordination including evaluating and process improvements for benefits, referrals, PTO, etc.
  • Work with external vendors to develop and maintain partnerships
  • Assist Recruiters with candidate immigration cases
  • Management of the Recruiter dashboard
  • Assist in supporting sourcing platforms

Qualifications of the HR Operations Coordinator:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Operations Coordinator, Hiring Coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator with some exposure to recruiting
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems (Workday experience is preferred)
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and complete projects within deadlines
  • Agile and flexible in an ever-changing environment and able to support multiple departments
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to jump in and support as needed

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
