Our client, a well-known consumer goods company, is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join their growing team.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $50 – $60/hr, based on experience

Position Overview: This position will be Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. The HRIS Analyst will work directly under the HRIS Manager and alongside two other Analysts.

Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst:

  • Assist with the implementation for the Workday HCM application, acting as the expert to assisting HR personnel
  • Support system documentation, training, ad hoc report writing and end-user support
  • Recommendations for improving the HRIS information process
  • Organize and assist with the training for new users in the company, also designing a Workday HR manual
  • Participate with the testing and implementation of business enhancements
  • Be responsible for other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the HRIS Analyst:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR/HRIS experience
  • Previous experience using Workday HCMS is required
  • Must possess understanding of Workday set-up for HR areas
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Computer Science, or another related field required
