Our client, a global leader in the technology industry is seeking a HRIS WorkDay Specialist to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40 – $45/hr

Position Overview:

The HRIS WorkDay Specialist will responsible for leading the execution of various Workday HRIS integrations, configurations, reports, and other HR strategies. The HRIS WorkDay Specialist will manage project workstreams, develop timelines, and communicate project goals and milestones. This person will serve as technical expert in WorkDay development projects and support WorkDay system enhancements, new business process and application builds, EIBs, security maintenance, and bi-annual upgrades.

Responsibilities of the HRIS WorkDay Specialist:

  • Support user experience, integration, processes, and strategies
  • Provide functional, configuration and technical expertise for WorkDay integrations, security, reports and will partner with stakeholders
  • Maintain 25 data integration interfaces with third party vendors on a daily basis
  • Define, design, build and refine new WorkDay integrations
  • Develop, maintain, and update Workday technical procedures, guidelines, and documentation ensuring compliance with establishment of controls and guidelines
  • Manage Service Now incidents, tracking ticket status, and partnering with teams to resolution
  • Create WorkDay advanced reporting configuration

Qualifications for the HRIS WorkDay Specialist:

  • 5+ years of experience with WorkDay in a technical capacity
  • Preferred experience with these specific modules: Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Payroll, Recruiting, Report Writer, Security, Talent & Performance, Time & Attendance, Payroll

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
