Our client is a prestigious Italian luxury fashion brand! They are eager to have a Human Resources Coordinator start ASAP for maternity leave coverage.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25 – $35/hr

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support in all aspects for the recruitment, onboarding, development, and employee relations of the company’s population. The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Coordinator role will be professionally polished, energetic, and will have prior experience in luxury retail!

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager regarding LinkedIn posts, ATS platform, job descriptions, offer letters, and background checks
  • Schedule candidates with the HR team and Hiring Managers
  • Support the on-boarding of all corporate new hires
  • Draft all promotion and salary change letters
  • Prepare all company announcements related to new hires, promotions, and other miscellaneous HR announcements
  • Support with arranging exit interviews and off-boarding of corporate employees
  • Assist in regularly maintaining and updating corporate organizational charts, corporate employee profiles, and success factors system
  • Prepare and submit travel requests for SVP of HR
  • Support in managing and tracking all work authorizations for corporate staff
  • Track all upcoming salary increases in partnership with Senior Director of HR
  • Provide administrative support in the annual performance review process by ensuring receipt of all signed performance evaluations and objectives and maintaining/updating performance review tracker
  • Collaborate with Senior HR Director in day-to-day support for ad hoc projects, reports, etc.

Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator:

  • 1 to 2 years of HR experience is required
  • Experience in the retail industry or luxury industry is preferred
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain flexible to changes as they occur

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, equivalent work experience, or strong internship experience is required
