Our client is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and problem-solving oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible. They are currently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to assist their team with a broad range of responsibilities within the Human Resources department.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50k – $60k

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Coordinator is a position of many different hats. The Human Resources team is looking for someone to assist with daily human resources needs, support the employee population, and ensure updated Human Resources records and systems. If you are a strong communicator with good organizational tools this is the job for you!

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Update employee files and the HRIS system
  • Audit files for accuracy and ensure compliance
  • Maintain human resource information system records
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and new-hire paperwork
  • Assign new-hire trainings as needed
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are understood and followed
  • Respond to employee inquiries and questions
  • Spearhead projects and project management
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator:

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills and experience with HRIS systems
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
