Our client is a fast-growing technology company with a global footprint. They are looking to add a Human Resources Generalist to their team.

Position Overview:

The focus of this role is supporting the manufacturing and warehouse operations. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be there to support employees and managers to ensure a successful and highly motivated workforce. In this role, you will play an integral part of several cross-functional teams ranging from Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, etc.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist:

  • Partner with HR Operations on benefits plans and open enrollment processes
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development team to conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and complete personnel records
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:

  • 5+ years of experience with employee relations
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiar with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring, recruitment, and human resources-related matters

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required
