Our client is a growing electronics company. They are looking to add a Human Resources Generalist to their team.

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Generalist will over see all HR functions and will work as a department of one. The Human Resources Generalist will work with employees and Business Partners daily HR needs.


  • The Human Resources Generalist will Handle time and attendance as well as any payroll PTO issues
  • Ensure payroll is ready to be processed on a bi-weekly basis
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify employment needs, qualifications, and responsibilities of potential employees
  • Manage staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on boarding
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Work with management on establishing compensation offers to stay within guidelines and salary grades
  • Creating and enforcing company policies and procedures, as well as navigating any employee relations issues
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal laws


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or related area
  • 5 years of Human Resources or Human Resources-related experience may be a substitute
  • Knowledge of a broad range and human resources strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Bachelors Preferred
