Our client is a non-profit globally recognized engineering company that has been in business for nearly 150 years. They are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager of Total Rewards to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$115k – $130k (Depending on experience) + bonus eligible

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Manager of Total Rewards role will be in charge company benefits and compensation. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager of Total Rewards will focus on policy development, program design, and manage the benefits open enrollment process. This position will be responsible for leading a team of 3 – 4 direct reports within the Human Resources department and report to the Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager of Total Rewards:

  • Manage employee benefits, incentive plans, and wellness programs to stimulate employee morale.
  • Develop compensation offer packages and administer the annual compensation review with employees.
  • Perform data analysis and compare the company’s total reward strategy to benchmark reports.
  • Remain abreast on market trends and conditions to stay competitive within the market and comply with local, federal, and state laws.

Qualifications of the Human Resources Manager of Total Rewards:

  • 3+ years of experience with the total rewards programs.
  • Experience with the following programs: Microsoft Excel, ADP Workforce Now, and/or Cornerstone.
  • Experience working with compensation and benefit packages.
  • Able to manage the entire open enrollment process for company benefits.
  • Able to think on your feet, solve problems, and able to work in a team or independently.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
