Our client is a statewide transportation service that provides safe and reliable forms of transportation. They are currently seeking a Human Resources Onboarding Specialist to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $25/hr

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for auditing contingent workforce documentation.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Onboarding Specialist:

  • Oversee and audit vendor compliance
  • Report weekly reporting on workforce onboarding efforts
  • Prepare and file compliance documents and/or reports, including maintaining a calendar of reporting requirements by due date for onboarding
  • Maintain the compliance log
  • Set up worker technology
  • Schedule training for newly onboarded workers
  • Liaise with leadership on compliance discrepancies and resolution

Qualifications of the Human Resources Onboarding Specialist:

  • 3 years minimum of administrative experience (Compliance experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented skills with a high regard for accuracy
  • Relationship building (supplier)
  • Previous compliance auditing a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred)
