Salary/Hourly Rate:

$100k – $130k Depending on experience

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Specialist is a position of many different hats. The Human Resources team is looking for someone to assist with daily human resources needs, support the Talent Acquisition department, and interact with all departments in the company. If you are a strong communicator with good organizational tools, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Specialist:

  • Handle employee relations for a population over 100
  • Maintain human resource information system records
  • Ensure Human Resources policies and procedures are understood and followed
  • Respond to employee inquiries and questions
  • Spearhead projects and assist with project management
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications of the Human Resources Specialist:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition is preferred
  • Law firm or professional services industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills and experience with HRIS systems
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
