Our client, a well established family owned consumer home goods company based in New Jersey is seeking a Infor Support Engineer to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

Position Overview:

This Infor Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting the development and resolving system issues within their ERP Infor Syteline software. This Infor Support Engineer position will include evaluating support requests, delivering bug fixes, provisioning users, systems, roles, modules, analyzing software performance, configuring systems and managing the deployment and integration of new software.

Responsibilities of the Infor Support Engineer:

  • Own and resolve support end user requests and bug fixes within Infor – Syteline ERP
  • Manage and support provisioning of users, user roles, and related module provisioning in the Infor environment
  • Participate in features requirements definition and user evaluations
  • Drive and activate improvements to current systems, interconnectivity of data and data structure that improve enterprise performance
  • Strong customer focus in all activities
  • Recommend features for new system
  • Support corporate strategic initiatives as needed

Qualifications for the Infor Support Engineer:

  • 3 plus years of experience in engineering with the most recent 1 to 2 years as a support engineer is required
  • Strong Infor Experience (development and Syteline/DocTrak) required
  • Ability to work with a distributed team, including vendors is required
  • Strong ability to participate in cross-departmental communication and ability to translate customer and business needs into technology solutions is required

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required
