Inside Sales Associate

Our client is an office supply company looking to hire an Inside Sales Associate. The company manufactures, distributes, and provides services for office supplies.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Associate will support outbound communication, support Outside Sales Representatives, as well as acts as customer service support as needed. The Inside Sales Associate has potential to grow into an Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Associate:

• Deal with processing email and phone orders
• Provide customer service support
• Perform heavy outbound phone work
• Make new business presentations and sales pitches by phone
• Liaise with prospects by email and provide support as needed to the Outside Sales team

Qualifications of the Inside Sales Associate:

• No prior experience is required
• Inside sales or customer service experience is preferred

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
